Packaging

• All packaging is very discreet. Every item sent is in a plain box or bubble-wrap bag with no logos or website address visible.

Delivery

• Delivery to all mainland addresses on orders under £ 30 costs £ 2.95.
• Delivery is free to all mainland addresses on all orders over £ 30.
• Next working day delivery costs £ 5.95
• Delivery to European addresses costs £ 9.95
• Delivery to worldwide locations costs £ 24.95

Delivery Times

• Most products are held in stock so generally dispatched within 48 hours.
• Delivery to UK mainland addresses, take 1-3 working days (Subject to Royal Mail)
• Delivery to European addresses, take 3-5 working days (Subject to Royal Mail)
• Delivery to Worldwide locations, take 8-10 working days (Subject to Royal Mail)
• Special Delivery will be shipped the same day if order is placed by 3:00pm, Monday - Friday (exc Bank Holidays). We endevour to ship up to 4:00pm when possible and subject to stock availabilty.
• Special Delivery 9am will be shipped the same day if order is placed by 3:00pm to arrive by 9am next working day, Monday - Friday (exc Bank Holidays). We endeavour to ship up to 4:00pm when possible and subject to stock availability. Orders will be received the following working day by 9am Monday – Fri (exc Bank Holidays)
• Saturday Special delivery will be shipped on the Friday for next day delivery before 1:00pm. Please ensure that the order is placed before 3:00pm on Friday. We endevour to ship up to 4:00pm when possible and subject to stock availabilty.

Items not in stock will be sent as soon as we receive delivery (typically no longer than 14 days)

All parcels have to be signed for on all of our delivery services.

If you require an order to be delivered on a certain day, please email us, quoting your name & order reference number, and we will despatch the order for delivery on that day if possible.

Receipt of Goods

If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel is then returned to us. Postal charges of will apply to re-send the goods back out to you.
Please be aware: We can not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system or non-deliveries when a signature can not be obtained. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us here customerservice@gaysextoysformen.co.uk

All non UK deliveries are sent via the Royal mail (international signed-for delivery) or Courier/Parcel Force depending on weight. All items will require a signature on receipt and we can provide a tracking number if you believe goods have been delayed. If an item can not be delivered because no one is available to sign for it, you will be notified that it is being held by the courier company or Royal mail (notification will come from them, not us) and it is your responsibility to arrange collection/re-delivery. If an item is returned to us due to non-collection, postal charges will apply to re-send the goods back to you..
